A once a disjointed, non-functional and unattractive master bathroom was transformed into a spa inspired retreat. Each element was selected for its clean lines and luxurious aesthetics to embody the essence of a truly timeless master bathroom. Redefining the space to accommodate a large vanity for both partners was a priority. The next item on their wish list was to include a soaking tub and a separate shower. The designer was able to accommodate each of those items as well as a compartmentalized toilet room and a full height linen closet. Lighting was considered carefully in the overall design and was selected to include multiple layers of fixtures and elements. A linear skylight was added that floods the room with natural light during the day and in the evening a combination of cans, wall sconces and a chandelier offer lighting options to be used together or individually. The waterfall shower with its linear glass tiles flowing towards the pebble-floor, further encourages the spa retreat style and becomes an instant show stopper.
