The new Spanish Revival home was designed by Fred Parker Design Group; Richard Berry-Principal Building Designer. Interior detailing and construction management supervision was performed by Ron Parker AIBD. This home was designed to adhere to the historic requirements of the development to create the feel of the Old Westover Hills estates in Fort Worth.
