This is a remarkable major renovation and remodeling project. The original home was built on a two lot property on a prestigious golf course with beautiful trees and “garden-like” setting. This was the clients second home to be built or remodeled by the Fred Parker Company. Fred and Ron Parker lead the building and design along with interior designer, Lila Parker ASID to completely renovate and redesign the existing home. This included enlarging the kitchen, opening to the living area which incorporated an incredible view of the swimming pool, fountains, and golf course. All bathrooms, windows, insulation, and ac systems were upgraded with state of the art products and technology. A Master Bedroom and Bathroom wing was designed and built which included a cast stone fireplace mantel, inlaid marble floor, walk through shower, dressing areas and master closets fit for a king and queen. The grounds were completely re-landscaped, with stone courtyard and walls, and beautiful gardens overlooking the golf course and lake. The swimming pool was re-designed and rebuilt and included an elevated planting area, beautiful water features, and sandstone patios. Tasteful landscape lighting was designed to create a relaxing but enchanting atmosphere.
