This is a “before, during, and after” pictorial tour of an incredible “whole-house” renovation and remodeling project by Ron and Fred Parker and the design and building team of the Fred Parker Company. The home had previously been poorly remodeled and “added-on”. This required completely tearing down the "negative changes" to redesign and rebuild to what is now a phenomenal property in the TCU area of Fort Worth.

The project included redesigning and rebuilding the Kitchen and Breakfast Area open to a newly created family room. A beautiful upstairs Master Bedroom and Bathroom was built with a large “walk-in” Master Closet with built ins. All bathrooms, windows, insulation, and ac systems were upgraded with state of the art products and technology. The home was completely restored with refinished hardwood floors, glazed woodwork and cabinetry, along with beautiful landscaping complete with integral landscape lighting.
