Stone Addition

A substantial addition to, and remodeling of a landmark suburban home. Improvements included a new kitchen and family room, expanded master suite, elevator, and more.

Expansion and remodeling of a 1920's home, this addition provides open plan living space and a remodeled kitchen as well as a mud room, a second floor porch and an elevator. The large stone arch at the second floor is self-supporting.

Stone Addition

The original family room was made into a new, traditionally styled kitchen. The new family room addition may be seen beyond. The orginal family room parquet floor was patched and refinished.

The new family room addition offers sliding French doors to a patio and garden, a large traditionally styled fireplace, and a heated limestone floor.

Stone Addition

English Country style custom cabinets are are actually Eurostyle frameless cabinets with added detail. The AGA cooker required floor reinforcement to support its weight.
