This sunroom addition with a small screened-in porch expanded the usable space of the house. The porch was mostly created for a covered place for the grill. The real connection to the outdoors was the 18' X 14' sunroom addition.
Part TV room, part game room, it's all wonderfully usable space. The large windows connect the interior with the lush greenery of a landscaped back yard. Of course, the landscaping will be further enhanced where the ground is now bare from construction. By spring, it will be even more impressive.
