Previously the partition between these two driveways was a jumbled mess of buckthorn, mulberrys, and silver maple saplings 15' high. In the mess we found a significantly sized lilac which upon consulting the customer we decided to save from its dismal situation. After some pruning and new neighbors planted by this lilac passes with flying colors. The ditch plantings of this project are planted with the intention of being burned annually as their only maintenance. This was a desire of the customers allowed for by their local municipalities policy. The rest of the partition is a low maintenance design that requires minimal inputs while attracting all manor of attention from local pollinators.
