When purchasing this home, the homeowner knew it would need some updates. After having to scale back her initial ideas, we came up with a plan to shrink and turn the island and open up the dining area. We maximized storage in the kitchen with full height upper cabinets. The corner drawers provide a fantastic alternative to a standard lazy susan, and a small bank of apothecary drawers add more storage by the fridge instead of just a filler. The soft solid surface tops finish off the warm and inviting space.
