this was a front and rear yard outdoor remodel project completed in 2018. it consisted of creating a new secure entry at the front of the property and enlarging the usable outdoor "living" spaces in the back including a new covered patio, new outdoor kitchen and bar, new patio seating area, new landscaping, new furnishings. we created an new entrance using perforated steel panels in the front to create privacy with a view. the back yard expanded the covered patio areas and a new color palette inspired by the desert landscape.
