Having recently moved into their new home in Maple, Ontario, the homeowners were determined to transform their barren and exposed backyard into an intimate and tasteful outdoor living space. The concept centres around the construction of several different "rooms", for dining, sunbathing, lounging and reading. Constructed in 2013, the strategically placed trees and shrubs will need some time to mature so that they can enclose the space and provide the intended level of privacy, but in the short term, the results speak for themselves.
