The primary motivation behind this three-story addition and whole-house remodel was a desire to comfortably “age in place.” Our clients felt very rooted to their location: a rural home where they had raised their children, close to family and friends. However, they worried about the safety of their three-story home as they became older.

The solution was a three-story addition and remodel, with a new residential elevator. The remodel also gave the homeowners an opportunity to update outdated elements throughout the house, such as flooring and cabinets.

The completed addition and remodel is both beautiful and functional, and allows these homeowners to enjoy their retirement in a home they cherish.
