A 2,100 square foot 1990s townhome brought into the 21st century. While there wasn't anything offensive about this space, it needed some love. The walls were covered with picture hangers, outdated fixtures and appliances needed to be updated, the floors were in really tough shape. The clean and crisp walls open up the space and a facelift in the kitchen goes a long way. The dramatic transformation is a work in progress, but so far it's a dramatic improvement.
