WIMBLEDON VILLAGE, LONDON - Woodford Architecture + Interiors are currently in the design delivery phase of their interior design commission for an elegant Victorian property in Wimbledon Village, London. The brief is to create a modern classic interior which is sympathetic to the period of the house and has an eclectic and accumulated feel.

Our design proposals ensure that there is a visual continuity between the rooms of the house. Bespoke furniture has been designed for each room and will be complemented with antiques to give character and personality. A feeling of luxury is suggested without being overly formal, focusing on expert craftsmanship and beautiful materials to give an elegant and timeless look and feel to the interior. The colour pallet throughout will be soft and neutral using greys and taupe's with accents of stronger colour used subtly for interest in artwork and accessories.

This project illustrates that with careful planning and a considered palette of materials and attention to details an elegant and timeless home can be enhanced.
