The breakfast area and kitchen in this South Austin home were given a much needed update for this project. In the kitchen and eat-in dining space the white cabinets contrast with the dark floors, and the built-in buffet seating upholstered in bright fabric creates a comfortable, serene backdrop for what is the home's center of activity.

The South Austin master bath was transformed into a calming, peaceful oasis with pebble floor tile in the spacious shower, rich dark cabinets, and a unique blue multi-vanity wall tile.

The biggest challenges of the project were the irregular floor plans and the inefficient use of space. The floor plans were reorganized and the storage space increased, improving functionality and efficiency. Materials were selected to improve energy efficiency and environmental consciousness.
