The goal of this renovation was to provide light-filled, expanded spaces with modern amenities while maintaining the early 1900’s character and details of this Tudor style home. The relatively small footprint (220 sf) of the three-story addition delivers great impact and accommodates a bright kitchen expansion, modernized master suite, and cozy attic playroom. Improvements provide contemporary family living spaces that complement and enhance the home’s existing features. Exterior details like authentic stucco, weathered stone, and attention to window and trim details blend the new spaces with the existing. The work was done by Bauscher Construction, and the design team was Stephanie Johnson and Susan May.
