Newly renovated FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Administration) house on the Belvedere lagoon. Project renovation included a custom entrance painted gate + arbor, with painted shingles to match house. The low patio walls are wine country cobble veneer with Bluestone steps and pavers. In the back , on the water side, Pedersen Associates designed a custom Nautical Bronze railing with inset glass. The result is stunning. Also in the back is a gorgeous built in BBQ with soapstone counter tops and stainless steel cabinetry finished almost black. The back patio also has a trio of built-in ipe benches, that will weather to a beautiful silver over time.
