The homeowners of this beautiful residence brought us in to reimagine their heavily wooded and sloping back and side yard, terracing the hillside and building a pool, patio, spa, natural sports field and garden to entertain family and friends.

The main paver patio surrounding the rectangular pool leads both up to the spa level and down to the driveway with natural boulder steps. A seat height stone retaining wall provides additional places to sit around the pool and patio. Planting beds were filled with low maintenance shrubs and perennials to accommodate their busy lifestyle.

A new stone wall behind the pool created a level terrace for a heated spa with a no-maintenance weed-free turf seating area. The spa spills over into the pool along with fountains creating a year-round focal point. The backyard escape is fully automated with all lighting, spa, fountain, pool and irrigation accessible by cell phone.

We incorporated a beautiful outdoor kitchen, fireplace, screening and a grass sport court for outdoor play, bringing the entire family outdoors. Terracing each elevation added layers to the property and enhance the natural beauty of the space by framing captivating views from any angle.
