We updated the landscape and front walkway to this beautiful Victorian. The concrete walkway was removed and replaced with bluestone and Boston City Hall pavers. The combination of these traditional hardscape materials made for a very fitting design for this home. The pavers were set in a herringbone pattern we toyed with a chevron pattern but decided the herringbone was the best fit.
The landscape was flushed out with holly, boxwood, fringe tree, hydrangea and a mix of roses. The front lawn was replaced with sod and an irrigation system was installed too. Lastly, landscape lighting give more curb appeal in the early evening hours.
