A garden designed for two homeowners and their three Westies. The challenge was to create a garden for mixed ornamentals and edibles along with a safe place for three terriers to run and play on a limited budget. The sloped side yard already had a concrete patio that was refinished and incorporated in the design. Sheet steel was used for the beds that mimics the much more expensive Coreten steel, off the shelf fencing was turned 90 degrees to create a custom look, industrial wire fence surrounds the perimeter and the concrete patio was repaired and painted blue. A reclaimed fire hydrant proclaims the dog's ownership of the space and is the primary interest in a bubbling water feature that also serves as a canine water fountain.
