The original layout of this 1st floor Toronto Danforth home was partitioned with a very small kitchen. The plan called for creating a completely open concept with steel beams that allowed for a flush ceiling. There were challenges working with the old structure, but modifications were made to support beams with minor sacrifices. We love how the 3D Renderings helped with creating an almost identical end result that the client wanted. Some of the other features of this renovation included newly installed doors and windows, engineered hardwood flooring, and grey custom painted shaker cabinetry.

The bathroom required substantial structural repairs and relocations of most of the plumbing. Additional cabinetry was added to the space as well. The feature of this bathroom is the beautiful Wetstyle vanity with wood accents along with the hexagon floor tiles, white subway tile with matte black shower faucets, and under cabinet lighting.
