This is a "Trade House". It was built by HighSchool student in Howell, MI
Each year the school builds one home. Everything is donated for the build. The home is sold in the summer and the proceeds go to the next years build. This year, 2019 I had the honor to stage this house. This was the first year a Trade Home had been staged.
