Transformed into south-facing entertainment patio accessed via double French doors
Enables efficient mudroom and storage
-In-filled stair-wall transformed into lineal mud-room with four, floor-to-ceiling cabinets

Designed to appear “Free-standing” with unique features:
1) Far section conceals built-in desk and message centre/cork-board
2) Section nearest entry serves as adult coat/broom closet
3) Two middle sections designed primarily for kids:
-Durable wood-grain tile with in-floor heating extends under open-grate boot-drawers
-In-floor radiant heat runs under the ventilated shoe-drawers
-Allows for dry boots ready for school every morning
-Wall-hooks allows children to hang coats/gear on their own until they are tall enough to reach conventional clothing-bar
-Additional width required for coats
-New windows reveal previously hidden garden and panoramic views
