We used a local mirror and glass fabricator for this custom installation. I advise that you look up someone in your area who specializes in mirror and glass, and they'll be able to custom order a piece of this to whatever dimensions you would like.

The mirror is in a crackle finish, not frosted.

The back splash tile are small stone square mosaics that came in sheets. The tiles were all within the beige/peach color spectrum.

Because we are a custom cabinetry firm, there is no color name or brand that I could give you since it is our own 'white' that we specify. In terms of the wall color, that was specified by our clients, so I would not be able to give you that specific information. Sorry about that!

If you are referring to the french curve mullions that run between the glass, these are actually custom made and sized to fit this application, and are applied over the mirror.
