The actual paint we used for the island in this project was made by C2. #5333 Grand Banks.

The tile used is a ceramic tile from Ann Sacks - AS10252-18 - Rice Paper is the color.

The sink featured here is a Rohl apron front sink RC3018, 10" in depth. The back-spash is a similar white but does not match exactly. We used ceramic tile here from Ann Sachs - Mosaic - Offset Rice Paper - #AS10252-18.

The wood flooring is Oak, with a 75% coffee/25% ebony stain, and a Glitza satin finish.

The wood on the kitchen island is Walnut, and we used a conversion varnish to finish it so it created a hard, clean surface - almost like a lacquer.

Generally our kitchens range anywhere between $85K - $200K, with design fees around 12% of the construction costs. This particular kitchen was a larger job and the final costs came in around $250K.

These pendants are discontinued unfortunately, but you can find something similar at School House Electric, Rejuvenation or Barn Light Electric.
