Their website has quite a bit of information, including care of the counters: http://www.paperstoneproducts.com Like most countertops, they are not bullet-proof. The thing that I like about them is that they are not cold to the touch, and have a nice organic feel. They also come in a variety of colors. We have had good feedback on them from our clients who have them, but they also follow the care instructions.
