I think I would want someone who spent more of their time on my project. I completely understand why someone couldn't answer so many questions and still get their job done.

I agree. It is a waste of viewers' time to sift through all of the information until a cooperative firm can be located. Besides, who wants to purchase homes or hire services from design firms that retain employees who are uncooperative at a time during which they are trying to generate business? Can you image what it would be like to deal with them after they are hired? Yikes!! Good will is considered an asset that is valued during sale of a business for those firms astute enough to generate some. I already have a GC for an interior project that I am going to complete, but will probably need to hire another firm for a future exterior project since my GC does not do that type of work. I will definitely pay attention to those businesses that freely answer questions. This will be an indication of whose interest they have at heart and whether they will be cooperative or uncooperative subsequent to hiring of their services. You would think that would be common sense, but maybe some firms have enough business that they don't need to be client focused. Buyer beware!!

Please tell us if it is a Minwax stain and which one.
