The design of this year-round home was inspired by an existing French Normandy style home, but then influenced by the clients love of Tuscany and Italianate architecture. The sandstone-looking exterior detailing is actually custom colored cast concrete, all individually custom designed and engineered in office. The stucco is real stucco brought in from Texas and applied to a concrete block shell. The exterior doors and windows are custom mahogany.
