This large cape with an attached garage was built in the summer of 2013. The plans were drawn up in house by Stuart Rice using the latest CAD software. The project was completed in seven months. The interior of the house has a open floor plan with a large kitchen opening up to the living room and 4 season sun-room. A custom mantel was built to for the gas fireplace. The windows are Marvin Integrity Wood Ultrex with grilles between glass. The roof is Certain-teed Landmark max def architectural shingles in Pewter-wood.
