The original observation tower on the house was in need of a complete renovation. The deck was repaired and flashed properly. New IPE decking was installed with a custom stainless steel cable rail system installed with a IPE top rail. A new access hatch was installed.

The front facing side of the home received a face lift with all windows replaced and new siding installed. The deck was completely rebuilt to create a larger footprint. A new cable rail system was installed over a IPE deck. At top of picture is the observation tower.

In the master suite a accent wall was designed so that it could hide the entrance to the his/her walk-in closets located behind the bed. New windows were installed in the exterior wall.
