We use a couple different 3-d software packages to study our projects. However, we are one of the first Architects in the country to use Modumate, a BIM style "object" based software that produces amazing 3d models. It allows us to study sun angles, interior and exterior lighting, and can produce full construction material take-offs and material budgets.

The following projects are a mixture of residential and commercial projects interior and exteriors. Modumate can produce fully detailed models with accurate material renderings, or diagrammatic "schematic models" with minimal material renderings.
