This is a mixture of a "tiny house" for guests, a pool house, cabana, and perhaps the coolest barn for entertaining in the Triad.

The customer has a beautiful pool in their backyard and needs a "country club quality" guest house that doubles as a pool-house/cabana. And to top it off, a full-country barn, immediately adjacent for the ultimate barn-dance or wedding reception.
