4730 Exterior

Lime washed the brick facade on a 1957 rancher.

This old red brick home was tired and the brick was too soft to paint and sandblast so we used the Romabio limewash product with great success. Updated, but not all white like the new houses being built in Atlanta. Limewash immediately creates an antique feel.

This 1957 brick ranch was old and tired. We updated with new window sashes, new landscaping, new gutters and paint and lime washed the brick. We also changed the shutter installation from nailed on shutters to real shutter dogs and hinges.
