One of our favorite scenes. The Wise owners removed an L shaped counter top and added an island oasis as their breakfast nook. Breakfast nook and coffee bar area. Taking advantage of a space where the window only leaves a narrow opening, the owners decided on a narrow extension of the countertop to create a coffee bar. New glass uppers were added to display china and other items. The microwave will likely be 18'd.

New feature wall. I have high hopes the couple will adopt something similar however this feature wall removes the 90's style mantle and replaces with stack-stone from floor to ceiling. The surrounding wall is treated with wall paper meant to evoke the feeling of outdoors without being overly gawdy....
