Precise construction group approached our team about doing a fast paced visualization for a client looking to remodel their kitchen and living spaces. The output in this project is part of what we were able to achieve. According to the design team, it helped award them the project.

This original snap shot of the kitchen to be remodeled points out the customers desire to have the chamfered corner turned into a 90 degree angle. With many projects, End Vision is asked to produce drawings to help illuminate the design vision to help aid the team in explanation to the owners. This early depiction of a kitchen remodel was requested by the owner to see what the builder had planned.

The angle of this view was necessary for the clients as their previous counter top had a secondary shelf on the back end which was to be demolished. Additionally the customer had a chamfered corner which they wanted at right angles.

This image is an actual snapshot of the fireplace, mantel and hearth originally in the home. The customer wanted to remove the surrounding mantel and replace with stack stone and replace the black marble hearth and insert to reflect flagstone.
