Hubbard House is an extensive renovation of a 7500 square foot, c.1717, colonial home into 5 luxury condo units. The project was approached as a design / build venture, allowing the design to evolve at the suggestion of the existing building. Care was taken to celebrate the historic detail of home through the careful restoration of the existing content and the reuse of salvaged materials.
