A Broker's Dream

A savvy real estate broker knows when a great house comes on the market. With a vision to see through the tired interiors, the Kitchen, Master Bath, Laundry/Mudroom and Kids' Bath were creatively rearranged by the JWH Team.

A Challenging Space
Challenging walls and windows didn't stop the JWH Team from making this a fun and functional kitchen.
Dealing with changing depths
The 2" thick carrerra marble countertop on the Island functions for meal prep and casual gatherings.
The Mass in the Middle
Equal wall cabinets around the Wolf range and hood provide the necessary balance, symmetry and storage.
Top appliances for top resale
The Sharp microwave drawer tucks beautifully between the navy Island drawers.
Impactful Island Color
The vertical shiplap disguises plumbing obstructions and creates the perfect intersection for the Bar and bench seat.
Bar and Bench for the Guests
Another challenging corner becomes the coffee/beverage spot with a built-in "nugget" ice maker below, and pantry plus the Sub Zero on the right. The vertical shiplap behind the open shelves echoes the other side of the room.
The Coffee Bar
Dividing the existing space into a separate Laundry and Mudroom with a sliding barn door was the inspiration for this space.
Chic Laundry Space
The crisp white marble is offset with the subtle blue/gray tones of the custom JWH Vanity. Small in size, but perfect in proportion.
