Removing the over-sized bathtub allowed JWH to create a generous steam shower with bench, ample cabinet storage and counterspace around the sink, a separate make-up area, and a kneewall for privacy around the toilet.

The wider single sink vanity provides ample cabinet storage and counterspace plus a sit-down make-up area. LED lights under the toe kick are triggered by motion to provide light during the night.

The covered porch with ceiling mount fans (and heat) and side curtains extends the outdoor living season.
