When we set out to revamp this kitchen the direction was clear: Open up the space and bring in more light. We accomplished this by re-framing the kitchen window much larger and installing a skylight. In addition we re configured the new kitchen to no longer have a peninsula with obstructing upper cabinets as seen in the before picture. The new kitchen flows much nicer and the focus is now on the view thru the new beautiful wood stained window
