Through extensive renovation, we brought a new beginning to this beautiful tutor gem located in Soquel, Ca. While the home had great bones, years of mismatched renovations had created a maze of small dark rooms without any clear purpose or flow. By removing walls and reconfiguring the rooms we were able to create a luxurious and modern atmosphere that flows well and has an abundant amount of natural light. Highlights of the project include a custom mural painted by James Mobley whose work has been featured on TLC's Nate and Jeremiah and Arch Digest, a custom exhaust hood made by Vogler Design in Indiana, HIgh-end appliances by Viking and Thermador, A beautifully glazed Alder island with amazing painted perimeter cabinets and Statuario Nuvo / Honed countertops.
