This property had been a rental for a while, until the previous tenants were finally ready to move in full-time and make this house their home! The original kitchen had a ‘U-shaped’ layout that felt closed off from the other rooms. By removing a couple of walls (and getting some structural engineering done), we were able to utilize the existing square footage to create a more open layout with a large center island. The kitchen cabinets are a gorgeous blue-and-white model paired with concrete look-a-like quartz countertops and white subway tiles for a casual, classic look. We also updated the flooring, redesigned the master bath, and revamped the closet to provide a much more functional (and updated) aesthetic.
