A retired Canadian couple splitting their time between 2 condos had a long list of wants for this 1990's bathroom. A walk-in shower, separate water closet, laundry hampers, linen storage, make-up seat space, double sinks, lots of storage all without feeling cramped. The biggest challenge however was working around the fire sprinkler system located in the bathroom. We were able to come up with a floor plan that accomplished the wish list that didn't interfere with the sprinklers. The end result is a thoughtfully laid out Master Bathroom that the clients love.
