This project was a blank canvas except for the existing stained concrete floors which was the starting point for this long narrow space. The homeowner didn't want the washer and dryer to be the focal point so white cabinets with a Coastal white finish were chosen and run the full "L" of the room. The floor color was repeated in the Lunada Bay glass backsplash in the silk finish which gives the look of sea glass and a dark turquoise gray was chosen for the wall to pull the Cambria Montgomery countertops, splash, and floors together. Storage was maximized with a rolling laundry cart fronted with pallet wood and 48" uppers. A deep stainless sink by Lenova, hanging rod and drying racks from Ikea finish this space.
