This remodeled space is the 2nd home for a wonderful couple from Maryland. They had scaled back into a condo in Maryland and wanted to bring a piece of their original home before downsizing with them to Ponte Vedra and that took the form of the backsplash tile. The clients love of the handmade tiles with sea life and the color blue led to the choice of Benjamin Moore's Yin Yang for the cabinet color. The removal of the dropped ceiling, the wall separating the dining and kitchen and relocating the sink to the peninsula brought together the open space they wanted for entertaining family and friends.
