The goal of designing this theoretical apartment is to create a fully accessible space that meets ADA requirements, while maintaining the original character of the factory. The apartment will have a large kitchen and studio space to meet the requests of the clients. Each floor will have access from the exterior of the apartment along with an elevator inside to allow easy mobility from within. The apartment will incorporate features that makes it migraine friendly. The apartment will have a historic feel to it, leaving older elements such as brick walls exposed.
