This complete renovation of this large, “loft” like apartment was an exciting
challenge. The owners requirement was to create a “Venetian Palace” inside a
modern space. Using materials such as plaster crown, mosaic flooring inserts, silk wallpaper and bronze doors, we achieved this bright, traditional, glamorous,
yet clean lined, and very “chic” residence.
