Built from the ground up, this waterfront estate is the result of a three year project that turned into a 12,000 square foot dream home with an adjacent guest house. Our design intent was to create a clean-lined, traditional, warm and inviting home where the client and his family can truly enjoy each space. The use of natural elements, neutral palate, the eclectic mix of new and antique furniture, as well as the customized architectural elements such as Bahamian shutters, create a sophisticated, comfortable and timeless design.
