We transformed the unfinished attic of a 1950s brick ranch house into a Japanese and Scandinavian-inspired modern loft master suite. Project involved the construction of two new dormers, a re-roofing, spray foam insulation, a ductless Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump system, custom LED lighting, custom cabinetry, custom metalworking, an open, tiled shower, and a Japanese cedar soaking tub.
