Fabricated and installed custom railings around the stairway and balcony in a two-story DC condo. The railings were designed by the client in collaboration with me and are made of 3/4" white oak finished with Odie's Oil. They are much stronger than they look-- they can't be moved half an inch, even when pushed with full body weight at the weakest point.
