Net Zero Townhomes
For much of 2016, i served as the lead on-site contractor for Flywheel Development's Perry Street Townhomes project, a set of four net-zero energy townhouses in Mount Rainier. While a large portion of the homes were built in the factory of Berecah Homes of Delaware, my crew and i worked with the developers to prepare the site for its modular, factory-built foundation, install the green roof and exterior insulation, build stairs, decks, fences, and a cornice, and countless other projects.
