AutoMotorPlex

The AutoMotorPlex is a series of individual “garage condos” where automotive enthusiasts can create personalized spaces to enjoy their passion with like-minded individuals, family, and friends. Working closely with Erotas Building Corporation, we responded to the client’s challenge of designing a space to store his vehicles, while also incorporating a mezzanine for a more intimate lounge area - all in a modern industrial aesthetic.

Upper Bar sink wall with brushed aluminum counter and undermount Kohler sink. The backsplash is brushed aluminum with exposed screws. The faucet is a Kohler Karbon made with carbon fiber tubes and has an articulating arm with a joystick like control.
